Born in Salvador, Bahia, Tárcio initiated his artistic path in 2004, becoming quickly one of the main graffiti exponents in Bahia. The visual artist develops techniques of drawing and painting in murals, where the street is his own work basis.

In his art, the highlights are: strong presence of human image, animals and items of popular culture – mainly from religion, Afro-Brazilian mythology and traditional nations.
